BS83C40C Overview
The series of devices are the Flash Memory 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontrollers with fully integrated touch key functions. With the touch key function provided internally and with the convenience of Flash Memory multi-programming.

- Up to 0.25μs instruction cycle with 16MHz system clock at VDD=5V
- Power down and wake-up functions to reduce power consumption
- Oscillator types: -- Internal High Speed 8/12/16MHz RC Oscillator
- HIRC -- Internal Low Speed 32kHz RC Oscillator- LIRC -- External Low Speed 32.768kHz Crystal
- Fully integrated internal oscillators require no external ponents
