The HT16L23 device is a memory mapping and multi-function LCD controller/driver.
The display segments of the device are 208 patterns (52 segments and 4 mons) for 1/4 duty display or 384 patterns (48 segments and 8 mons) for 1/8 duty display.
It can also support LED drive outputs on certain segment pins.
