HT46C47
Overview
The HT46R46/HT46C46 and HT46R47/HT46C47 are 8 -b it , hi g h p e r f or m a n c e, R I S C a r c h i t e ct u r e microcontroller devices specifically designed for A/D applications that interface directly to analog signals, such as those from sensors. The mask version HT46C46, HT46C47 are fully pin and functionally compatible with the OTP version HT46R46, HT46R47 device.

- Up to 0.5ms instruction cycle with 8MHz system clock fSYS=4MHz: 2.2V~5.5V fSYS=8MHz: 3.3V~5.5V
- 13 bidirectional I/O lines (max.)
- 1 interrupt input shared with an I/O line
- 8-bit programmable timer/event counter with overflow at VDD=5V
- 4-level subroutine nesting for HT46R46/HT46C46
- 6-level subroutine nesting for HT46R47/HT46C47
- 4 channels 8-bit resolution A/D converter for HT46R46/HT46C46
- 4 channels 9-bit resolution A/D converter interrupt and 7-stage prescaler
- On-chip crystal and RC oscillator
