General Description
The HT46R01/HT46R02/HT46R03 are 8-bit high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller devices specifically designed for a wide range of applications.
Key Features
- Operating voltage: fSYS= 4MHz: 2.2V~5.5V fSYS= 8MHz: 3.3V~5.5V fSYS= 12MHz: 4.5V~5.5V.
- 7 bidirectional I/O lines and 1 input line.
- External interrupt input shared with an I/O line.
- One or two 8-bit programmable Timer/Event Coun- ters with overflow interrupt and 7-stage prescaler.
- External crystal system oscillator.
- Fully integrated internal RC oscillator available with three frequencies: 4MHz, 8MHz or 12MHz.
- Watchdog Timer function.
- PFD for audio frequenc.
