The HT46R74D-1 is an 8-bit high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller device specifically designed for A/D with LCD applications that interface directly to analog signals, such as those from sensors.

  • Power-down and wake-up functions reduce power fSYS = 4MHz: 2.2V~5.5V fSYS = 8MHz: 3.3V~5.5V.
  • 10 bidirectional I/O lines and two ADC inputs.
  • Two external interrupts inputs shared with I/O lines.
  • One 8-bit and one 18-bit programmable timer/event consumption.
  • Internal 3.3V Voltage regulator and charge pump.
  • Embedded voltage reference generator - 1.5V.
  • 6-level subroutine nesting.
  • Bit manipul.
