General Description
The HT46RU67/HT46CU67 are 8-bit, high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller devices specifically designed for A/D product applications that interface directly to analog signals and which require an LCD Interface. The HT46CU67, mask version device, is fully pin and functionally patible with its sister HT46RU67 OTP device.
