Description
The HT49R50A-1/HT49C50-1/HT49C50L are 8-bit, high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller devices specifically designed for a wide range of LCD applications. The mask version HT49C50-1 and HT49C50L are fully pin and functionally compatible with the OTP version HT49R50A-1 device.
