Description
This series of devices are Flash Memory A/D type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontrollers which include a multi-channel 24-bit Delta Sigma A/D converter and fully integrated LCD driver. The devices are there suitable for use in products which require a low noise and high accuracy analog to digital converter and which also need to drive LCD panels.
