BD66FM6545G Description
The BD66FM6545G is a Flash Memory 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller, which includes three groups of H-bridge gate-driver circuits for driving external high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs to control brushless DC motor specifically designed for brushless DC motor applications.
