HT7K6970 Description

The device is a half-bridge gate-driver for driving power ponents such as N-type MOSFETs or IGBTs. The high-side gate-driver is suitable for design with a bus voltage up to 600V. The remended VCC operating voltage is 10V to 20V for power ponents.
