Output Current Over 250mA(TYP.) Low Dropout Voltage: SOT-89 The AT5204/AT5204E is a set of three-terminal high current low voltage regulator implemented in CMOS technology. They can deliver 250mA output current and allow an input voltage as high as 35V.
