  • Maximum output frequency: >2.5GHz.
  • Part-to-part skew: 100ps (maximum).
  • Propagation delay: 500ps (maximum).
  • Additive phase jitter, RMS: 0.03ps (typical).
  • LVPECL mode operating voltage supply range: VCC = 2.375.
