The IDT EXE8602 is a high-performance Ga As power detector with linear voltage output over an input operating power range from -2 to +23.5d Bm, low insertion loss of 0.5 d B typical, broadband performance from 71 to 86 GHz, return loss better than 13 d B and excellent repeatability.Thisdevicecanbeusedforawide range of applications from defense electronics to mercial munication systems and is ideallyusedfor E-bandapplications.
