Description
The EXP7603 is a Ga As MMIC power amplifier designedfor50-Ohmsystems,andspecifiedfor operationinthe71to76GHzrangeof E-Band.
The EXP7603 enables delivery of 26 d Bm RF output power when driven to 3 d B of gain pression, and maintains good linearity well below the onset of gain pression. Typical small-signal gain is 17 d B with flatness of ±0.75 d B over a 1.25 GHz window. DC power consumptionisaslowas2W.
The EXP7603 also provides a built-in E-Band power detector, and internally de-couples DC from RF input and output ports to simplify system-leveldesign.
