IDT74FCT193A Description
The IDT54/74FCT193 and IDT54/74FCT193A are up/ down modulo-16 binary counters built using an advanced dual metal CMOS technology. Separate count-up and countdown clocks are used and, in either counting mode, the circuits operate synchronously. The outputs change state synchronously with the LOW-to-HIGH transitions on the clock inputs.
