TECHNICAL DATA Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverter The IN74HC14A is identical in pinout to the LS/ALS14. The device inputs are patible with standard CMOS outputs; with pullup resistors, they are patible with LS/ALSTTL outputs. The IN74HC14A is useful to “square up” slow input rise and fall times.
