International Rectifier AUIRS2128S
The AUIRS2127S/AUIRS2128S/AUIRS21271S/AUIRS21281S are high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3 V.
