DESCRIPTION
The ultra-low on-resistance of this relay, 0.25, enables high-current operation. IXYS Integrated Circuits' patented OptoMOS architecture makes available the optically coupled technology necessary to activate the output's efficient MOSFET switches while providing 1500Vrms input to output isolation.
