IXYS CPC1125N
CPC1125N is a miniature normally-closed (1-Form-B), single-pole solid state relay. It uses IXYS Integrated Circuits' patented, optically coupled, OptoMOS architecture to provide 1500Vrms of input/output isolation in a small 4-pin SOP package.
