LAA127 is a 250V, 200mA, 10 dual normally open (1-Form-A) Solid State Relay that prises two independently controlled, optically coupled MOSFET switches.
The bination of super efficient MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die provides 3750Vrms of input to output isolation.
The optically coupled outputs, which use the patented OptoMOS architecture, are controlled by a highly efficient infrared LED.
