LIA136
Overview
The LIA135 and LIA136 are low voltage optically isolated error amplifiers with a precision programmable shunt reference combined into a single package capable of operating down to 1.6V. The optocoupler portion of the LIA135 / LIA136 comprises an infrared LED that is optically coupled to an NPN phototransistor providing a current transfer ratio from 500% to 2000%.
