IXYS PAA110
PAA110 is a 400V, 150mA, 22 dual normally open (1-Form-A) optically isolated Solid State Relay. Its efficient MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die use IXYS Integrated Circuits' patented OptoMOS architecture to provide 3750Vrms of input to output isolation.
