IXYS PLA190
The PLA190 is a 400V, single-pole, normally open (1-Form-A) solid state relay that uses optically coupled relay technology to provide an enhanced 5000Vrms isolation barrier between the input and output of the relay. Its optically coupled outputs, which use the patented OptoMOS architecture, are controlled by a highly efficient GaAIAs infrared LED.| Part No. | PLA190 |
