General Description
The ILC7281 provides two independant 150mA low dropout (LDO) voltage regulators and power supply reset monitor in an 8-pin MSOP package. Each regulator output is independantly short circuit protected and has independant shutdown. The device offers a unique bination of low dropout voltage and low quiescent current of CMOS and low noise and high ripple rejection characteristics of bipolar LDO regulators.
