The ICL8001G employs quasi-resonant operation mode optimized for off-line LED lighting, especially dimmable LED bulbs for incandescent lamp replacement. Precise PWM generation enables primary control for phase cut dimming and high power factor PF>98%. Significant improved driver efficiency, up to 90%, pared to other conventional solutions.
