General Description

The IFX24401 is a monolithic integrated low-drop voltage regulator for load currents up to 300 mA.

The output voltage is regulated to VQ,nom = 5.0 V with an accuracy of ±2%.

A sophisticated design allows stable operation with low ESR ceramic output capacitors down to 470 nF.
