With state of the art submicron BiCMOS circuitry, coupled with Inﬁneon optoelectronic expertise, the IRMS6115 and IRMT6115 outperforms its closest rival. 0.5 to +7.0 V LED Anode Voltage, VLEDA VCC=0 to 5.5 V, not transmitting 0.5 to +9.0 V LED Anode Volt
