General Description

The TLE 4240-2/3 M is a monolithic integrated low dropout linear constant current source.

It is designed to supply white or color LEDs in order to achive constant brightness and extended LED lifetime independent from supply voltage or LED forward voltage class.

Protection circuits prevent from damage to the device in case of overload, short circuit, reverse polarity and overheat.
