DESCRIPTION
Proprietary latch-up immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The 1ED44175N01B has OCP pin for over current protection sense and a FAULT status output (when activivated, EN/FLT pin is internally pulled down). The EN/FLT needs to be externally pulled up to provide normal operation, pulling EN/FLT low disable the driver.
