1EDL8011 - 125V High Side Gate Driver

Description

The 1EDL8011 gate driver IC provides fast turn-on and turn-off of high side N-channel MOSFETs with its powerful gate current capabilities.

It consists of an integrated charge pump with an external capacitor to provide strong start-up.

Features

Wide operating input voltage range of up to 125 V.
Strong gate driver for fast turn-off.
Strong integrated charge pump for fast turn-on.
Internal charge pump for reduced EMI and low voltage operation.
VDS monitoring for overcurrent protection (OCP) and current measurement.
