General Description

The EiceDRIVER™ 2ED314xMC12L is a family of dual-channel isolated gate driver ICs designed to drive Si MOSFETs, IGBTs, and SiC MOSFETs.

All products are available in a 14-pin DSO package with 8 mm input-to-output creepage and provide reinforced isolation.

  • To be used with 600 V/650 V/1200 V/1700 V/2300 V IGBTs, Si, and SiC MOSFETs.
