Description
The ISOFACE™ 4DIRx4xxHA quad-channel digital isolator family is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. It supports data rates up to 40 Mbps and ensures robust data communication over a wide ambient operating temperature range (-40°C to +125°C).
