BGMC1210 Overview
The BGMC1210 is a bias and control IC for Power Amplifiers (PA) that operate with negative Gate-Source voltages (e.g. GaN) and/or positive Gate-Source voltages (e.g. The BGMC1210 supports up to 2 PAs Data Sheet .infineon.
