General Description

The PROFET™ Load Guard is a Smart High Side Switch, providing protection functions and enhanced diagnosis capabilities.

The device offers an adjustable current limitation to offer higher reliability for protecting the system.

In case of an short circuit to ground the PCB traces, connectors, as well as loads, can be protected.
