General Description
The device is a 0.6 mΩ single channel smart high-side power switch, available in a PG-HSOF-8 package, providing protective functions and diagnosis.
It contains Reverse ON functionality.
It is especially designed to drive high current loads, for applications like heaters, glow plugs, fans and pumps.
