Description
The C505CA-xC derivatives, which refer to C505CA-4RC and C505CA-LC in this document, are high performance derivatives of the Infineon C500 family of 8-bit microcontrollers. The C505CA-xC derivatives are fully compatible to the standard 8051 microcontroller.
