General description
PSOC™ 4 is a family of scalable MCUs with an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU. It bines a high-performance capacitive and inductive sensing subsystem, programmable and reconfigurable analog and digital blocks. The new PSOC™ 4000T series provides an upgrade path for PSOC™ 4000 and PSOC™ 4000S-based designs to fifth-generation HMI technology with software and package patibility.
