PSOC™ 4 is a family of scalable MCUs with an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU. It bines a high-performance capacitive sensing subsystem, programmable and reconfigurable analog and digital blocks. The new PSOC™ 4100T Plus series provides an upgrade path for PSOC™ 4100 and PSOC™ 4100S based designs to fifth-generation HMI technology with software and package patibility.
