● Bi-directional maximum working voltage: VWM = ±3.6 V
● Line capacitance: CL = 0.19 pF at f = 10 GHz
● Clamping voltage: Vcl = 5.3 V at ITLP = 16 A with Rdyn = 0.16 Ω
● Very low leakage current: IL = 0.5 nA
