General Description

The ICE2QR2280G-1 is derived from CoolSETTM-Q1.

The only difference is it has a lower Vcc turn off threshold.

The CoolSETTMQ1 is the first generation of quasi-resonant controller and CoolMOSTM integrated power IC.

  • Quasi resonant operation till very low load.
  • Active burst mode operation for low standby input power (< 0.1W).
