• 300mA Current Capability • Low Quiescent Current: 30 µA • Wide Input Voltage Range: 1.8 V to 20 V • 2.5% Output Voltage Accuracy (over full temperature and load range) • Low Dropout Voltage: 270 mV • Very low Shutdown Current: < 1µA • No Protection Diodes Needed • Fixed Output Voltage: 3.3V • Adjustable Version with Output from 1.22V to 20V • Stable with ≥ 3.
