Description The CIPOS™ Mini IPM, IM06B50GC1 offers the chance for integrating various power and control ponents to increase reliability and optimize PCB size and system cost. It is designed to control 3-phase motors in variable speed drives. The package concept is specially adapted to power applications, which need good thermal conduction and electrical isolation, but also less EMI and overload protection. To deliver excellent electrical performance, Infineon’s leading-edge TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTs and anti-parallel diodes are bined with an optimized SOI gate driver.
