KP464 Overview
The KP464 is a high-performance, high-precision miniaturized digital absolute pressure sensor based on a capacitive sensing principle. It is surface micromachined with a monolithic integrated signal conditioning circuit. The device converts a physical pressure into a 10-, 12- or 14-bit digital value and transmits the information via the SPI interface.
