General Description

Description The OPTIREG™ switcher TLS4120D0EPV33 is a 2.8 MHz synchronous step down regulator especially designed for automotive applications.

The device has a current capability of 2 A, fixed 3.3 V output voltage and a feedback voltage accuracy of ±1.5% in PWM mode.
