TLE4296-2 Description
The OPTIREG™ linear TLE4296-2 is a monolithic integrated low drop voltage regulator in very small SMD package PG-SCT595-5. It is designed to supply various loads (e.g. microcontrollers, sensors, or as stand-by supply, etc.) under severe conditions.
