DESCRIPTION
The INMOS IMS1600 is a high performance 64K x 1 CMOS Static RAM. The IMS1600 provides maximum density and speed enhancements with the additional CMOS benefits of lower power and superior reliability. The IMS1600 features fully static operation requiring no external clocks or timing strobes, and equal address access and cycle times. Additionally, the IMS1600 pro vides a Chip Enable (/E) function that can be used to place the device into a low-power standby mode.
