1821TH Overview
The 1821TH track-and-hold amplifier is designed for high-precision sampling of wideband signals with multi-GHz frequency content. The masterslave architecture integrates two track-and-hold circuits, a 50-ohm differential output buffer, and clock mode selection logic. Sample rates up to 2 GS/s are supported.
