- VDD pin output current IDDext up to 1 μA can be used for suppling of external ponents;
- Maximum external consumtion current on VDD pin IDD(ext) 1 m A;

- Brightness control for LED string from one to hundreds of diodes;
- PWM low-frequency LED dimming;
- Linear LED dimming
- Operating temperature range -40 o C…+85o C
