GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ICS873032 is a high speed, high performance Differential-to-3.3V, 5V LVPECL/ECL Hi Per Clock S™ Clock Generator a n d a m e m b e r o f t h e Hi Per Clock S ™ family of High Perfor mance Clock Solutions from ICS. The ICS873032 is characterized to operate from either a 3.3V for a 5V power supply.
Features
- 1 differential 3.3V, 5V LVPECL / ECL output
- 1 differential PCLK, n PCLK input pair
- PCLK, n PCLK pair can accept the following differential input levels: LVPECL, LVDS, CML, SSTL
- Input frequency: 4GHz
- Translates any single ended input signal to 3.3V LVPECL levels with resistor bias on n PCLK input
- LVPECL mode operating voltage supply range: VCC = 3.0V to 5.5V, VEE = 0V
- ECL mode operating voltage supply range: VCC = 0V, VEE = -5.5V to -3.0V
- -40°C to 85°C ambient operating temperature
