FEATURES
● 1 differential 3.3V, 5V LVPECL / ECL output● 1 differential PCLK, nPCLK input pair
● PCLK, nPCLK pair can accept the following differential input levels: LVPECL, LVDS, CML, SSTL
● Input frequency: 4GHz
● Translates any single ended input signal to 3.3V LVPECL levels with resistor bias on nPCLK input
● LVPECL mode operating voltage supply range: VCC = 3.0V to 5.5V, VEE = 0V
● ECL mode operating voltage supply range: VCC = 0V, VEE = -5.5V to -3.0V
● -40°C to 85°C ambient operating temperature
