The M630 is a VCSO (Voltage Controlled SAW Oscillator) frequency source for low-jitter clock generation.

Its integrated SAW (surface acoustic wave) based oscillator and filters deliver output with exceptionally low phase jitter.

Its integrated SAW (surface acoustic wave) based oscillator and filters deliver output with exceptionally low phase jitter. The M630 is available in a selection of center frequencies in the 10GHz range. The M630 is suitable for phase-locked loop implementations, clock and data recovery circuits, and other timing applications for the telecom and optical fiber networking markets (OC-192/STM-64 with and without Forward Error Correction - FEC).
