M630 Description
The M630 is a VCSO (Voltage Controlled SAW Oscillator) frequency source for low-jitter clock generation. Its integrated SAW (surface acoustic wave) based oscillator and filters deliver output with exceptionally low phase jitter. The M630 is available in a selection of center frequencies in the 10GHz range.
